Yeah, I was thinking it looked like dog, with the guard hairs, or maybe cat. But some sort of dual-coated dog makes the most sense.

hm, guanaco has no guard hair? too light in colour for qiviut? camel??? llama - too light for charlie?:)) but then you don't have dogs either....
