I was thinking that this year I would spin up all my roving and actually do something with it!! I just never know what to do. I am going to do better this year!vlb5757https://www.blogger.com/profile/05444876262831798051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26055463.post-39704790138170880702009-01-06T16:57:00.000-05:002009-01-06T16:57:00.000-05:00What a neat resolution. I've been weaving for a year now, and reading your blog regularly most of that time - but it's really different to review your activities and posts all at once as a whole. Of course I understand a lot more than I did a year ago, and there's probably at least as much more again that's still way over my head (maybe the re-read should be an annual tradition!). Summer and winter in particular is high on my to-do list.

Best wishes for the new year.
JudyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26055463.post-7458465064163662832009-01-02T00:15:00.000-05:002009-01-02T00:15:00.000-05:00Um, I think I'm there unless rayon doesn't count. ...Um, I think I'm there unless rayon doesn't count. I was moved to write to them and ask them to comment on this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3n39T35Ia_4
It is a very disturbing piece about the cotton industry. I also asked if they consider bamboo yarn a natural fiber. I will let you know what they say. I may have to switch back to silk!Bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15875914944694059695noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26055463.post-67214751871222976222009-01-01T16:06:00.000-05:002009-01-01T16:06:00.000-05:00Happy New Year, and here's wishing for another suc...Happy New Year, and here's wishing for another successful year for you. I use pretty much exclusively natural fibres in spinning and knitting by now - and just started to add a bit of sparkle here and there, which of course is totally "non-natural":)) but anyway - have a great year to come, no matter what fibres you use in your work!Woolly Bitshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11961632742998726155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26055463.post-50696080091221789562009-01-01T12:22:00.000-05:002009-01-01T12:22:00.000-05:00Happy New Year Leigh!
