That would be the reason for some of my inconsistent spinning.Cathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08733284959927260751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26055463.post-57299442076575334022007-09-12T10:34:00.000-05:002007-09-12T10:34:00.000-05:00Annie, I agree with you. (esp the part about the dual coat... (Thank you!)
Did you separate the dual coat from the shorter staples first before you carded? And did you spin both, or just the outer coat?

I would love to see your singles... and the light blue sound like it would be very pretty.cyndyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18006126625281714507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26055463.post-79678408272973057342007-09-11T17:36:00.000-05:002007-09-11T17:36:00.000-05:00Sometimes I think the fiber just wants to be spun ...Sometimes I think the fiber just wants to be spun a little inconsistently. I usually just go with it. At least that's what I tell myself...

Lovely shetland yarn you ended up with!Sheepish Anniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15564802976550099985noreply@blogger.com
